ok, recently a colorful song was posted, and I just want to know how you feel about that and who our "target audience" is and such... post your opinion (cause i'm posing mine...)

i think that it is okay to use colorful language as long as we don't use it in exsses, at least while we are all living with our parents and they might here it
i just wanted to say that i'm not writing music for anyone but me, and sometimes i actually have a point to make. i don't want to compromise my point just to have a larger audience. I will give a little if band members don't feel comfortable with it, but i'm not going to change my music for an audience that doesn't even exsist yet because usually if i try to edit something it turns all kids bop and sucks and we might as well just not finish the song.
and i don't want to earn a parental advisory or anything, I just want to make a strongly worded point so people will get it through their heads. and i'm not writing music for a bunch of sheep. i don't want to be the next big thing. it would be awesome and all, but it's just not what i want. i just want to express myself in the way i know how. thank you, and good night!
